Farrell's Mooresville is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has taught our members about the importance of nutrition since our very first 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to better results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much contradictory information out there. There won’t be any guessing with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel satisfied because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we lay out all of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We show you what your body needs for you to achieve your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will see results—and you’ll feel the difference in your body and mind that only nutrient-dense food can offer.

You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any circumstance. To make things even easier, your coach will always be available to respond to questions and give you recommendations. They will check your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on track. Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll educate you on good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at every meal. Your entire Farrell's Family will be here to encourage you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and document them for success.

Don’t sweat it if planning isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll receive 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be complete without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we encourage members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or vary them to correspond to your tastes. Some members like to eat the same meals daily for a whole week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or everybody in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not certain which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Not feeling full after a meal?
